Detectives continue search for two robbers

College Station police on Monday were searching for two men who reportedly pushed their way into a woman's apartment and then demanded cash.

Officers were called to the University Oaks Boulevard apartment just after 9:30 a.m. Monday.

The woman who lived there told police the men had forced their way in through her front door. They stole a debit and credit card from her before fleeing on foot, according to College Station police reports.

No weapons were used and the woman was not injured, police said. Officers searched for the men after arriving at the apartment complex but were unsuccessful.

College Station detectives are continuing to investigate. One suspect is described as a 6-foot-2-inch tall man with a husky build and short black hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jean shorts. The other reportedly stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and has a slender build. He was wearing a red shirt and has short black hair with braids.
